3. Book and Pay Online
Simply click “Book Now” when you are ready to book. Your booking will be confirmed instantly and payment will be hold with LCG until the service suppliers finish the service for you.
4. Enjoy Your Trip
Once your tour is confirmed, you are ready to go. Keep in touch with LCG for 24/7 support, and we will provide you with your supplier’s contact information for more smooth communication.
5. Only After Your Trip, suppliers can receive payment
Once your tour is finished. Keep in touch with LCG with a service review on LCG or TripAdvisor,etc. So we will release the tour payment to your service suppliers based on different criteria including service quality, efficiency, responsibility, etc. We welcome your suggestion to help improve our services. As being said, all our suppliers survive via fitness. We expect all our guides, drivers, hotel runners, restaurants owners provide genuine services and great offers all the time. But no one can be perfect. What LCG missioned to do is to bring the best local tours/activities values to visitors (customers) and in return, provide higher income to support local suppliers directly.
