Xi’an

History
Xi’an’s history is very rich and culturally important.People found Lan’tian Man in 1963 in Lantian County.It is 50 km (31 mi) southeast of Xi’an.The history dates back 500,000 years.Moreover, A 6,500-year-old Banpo Neolithic village was found in 1953. It contains the vestiges of few well organized Neolithic settlements carbon traced to 5600–6700 years ago. The site now becomes Xi’an Banpo Museum. Climate
Xi’an’s climate is between semi-arid and humid subtropical. The East Asian monsoon has an effect on it. The Wei River valley has mild summers, cold, dry winters, arid springs and autumns. Most of the annual precipitation occurs between July to late October. There is snow occasionally but it does not stay long. Dust storms often comes in March and April. Because the city warms up quickly. Summer also has short thunderstorms frequently. The daily temperature of every month yearly changes from the freezing point in January to 27.0 °C (80.6 °F) in July with an annual mean of around 14.08 °C (57.3 °F).As for sunshine, the city receives 1,536 hours of bright sunshine every year.
