➤Pick up process
1. Place an order online and confirm the pick-up location and time with the customer service. After processing the order, our company will send the reconfirmation letter with the driver and/or guide (if included) information to you at least 1 day before using the car.
2. After the plane lands, you can contact our consultant (and/driver/guide) directly, if a guide is included, the guide can go to the checking out gate and meet you with your name sign.
3. Hurry to the appointed place to get on the car/mini bus within the agreed time and start the journey.
➤Drop off process
1. After placing an order online, confirm with the customer service the location and time of getting on the bus. After receiving the order, our company will send you the driver information at least half an hour before the car is used (it is recommended to depart 3-4 hours in advance to avoid traffic delays)
2. Get on the train at the appointed place within the appointed time.
3. The driver will take you to the designated terminal as required.
1. All vehicles are equipped with full-time drivers;
2. The vehicle is in good condition, clean and tidy to ensure your comfortable travel;
3. The price displayed on the webpage is non-holiday daytime prices. During peak season and holidays (such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival), the price will be slightly higher (but per reconfirmation instantly). Please confirm with the customer service before making payment.
➤Booking Guidelines for Beijing Airport Transfer:
The driver and car information will be sent by email before using the car. The confirmation code is the only service certificate.
1) Pick-up and drop-off are all point-to-point services, and there is no stopping point on the way. If an additional address is added, the driver has the right to refuse the service or can communicate the driver’s additional cost. The driver can continue the service after agreeing.
2) Time delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as traffic and weather, route changes, cancellation of itinerary or scenic spot changes, or some locations cannot reach the best address, our company does not accept this as a reason to cancel the itinerary or request a refund, please understand;
3) On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and during Golden Week or summer holidays, the actual end time of the trip is later than usual due to road congestion, and the return time is delayed due to other unavoidable reasons, the cost is borne by the guests themselves;
➤Important Instructions for expecting the on time pick up/drop off service
1. After the flight has actually landed (we will track the flight status instantly), wait up to 90 minutes for free. If the passenger cannot be contacted, the driver will leave the service and the fee will not be refunded.
2. The drop-off will wait for 30 minutes for free at the scheduled time (you need to plan at least 2 hours before boarding time at airport, considering the traffic in Chengdu, you’d better have at least 1 to 1.5 hours to leave hotel for airport plus the 2 hours at airport before boarding). If the passenger cannot be contacted, the driver will leave the service and the fee will not be refunded.
3. Pick up the train and wait for 30-45 minutes for free of charge at the scheduled time. If the passenger cannot be contacted, the driver will leave and cannot be served, and the fee will not be refunded
